- No accounts. Our games never ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
- Your game progress stays on your device.
- Ads come from Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can reset or delete that ID at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information. This website uses no cookies and no trackers.

1. Who we are
PlumFox Games is the developer name of İsmail Aras, an independent game developer based in Türkiye. For the personal data described here, we are the data controller. Where an ad partner processes data for its own purposes, that partner is a separate controller and its own privacy policy applies.
2. What we collect
We don't run our own servers for our games and we don't collect personal information directly. Some data is handled by the services that make the games work:

3. Ads
Our games are free. We earn money from ads, mostly rewarded ads: short videos you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game boost. You never have to watch one.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from the game's settings ("Privacy options"). Without consent you may still see non-personalised ads, which use less data. In US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of targeted advertising through your device's ad settings or by contacting us.

4. This website
plumfoxgames.com is a plain static site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
5. Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, email us and we will help remove it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data is held about you, and get a copy;
- ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
- object to or limit how it is used, or withdraw consent;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
Personalised advertising is based on your consent; keeping the game working and preventing fraud are based on our legitimate interest in offering a free, ad-supported game. Because we don't hold an account or profile for you, most data can be removed by uninstalling the game and resetting your advertising ID. For anything else, write to us and we'll reply within 30 days.
7. Keeping and deleting data
Game progress lives on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Data handled by Google is kept according to Google's own policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how your data is used in a meaningful way, we'll also tell you inside the game.
